Night at Dodger stadium…to watch the “Fish!”

July 7, 2010

The father of the young man staying with us during the summer has pulled some strings for us to enjoy a Major League Baseball game tonight. We should be sitting somewhere near the Florida Marlins players friends and families section, for the rubber match of the series against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

I am rooting for the Florida Marlins for all the obvious reasons. The Marlins help me pay my bills under my third scouting contract and I believe to be one of the best teams in professional baseball.

It is always a special treat for me to go to a big league ballpark, because I am still a big kid at heart with regard to the game of baseball.
