Finally…Lamb gets ball at home
Wilmington, DE – Wilmington Blue Rocks return home tonight with a chance to get back over .500 baseball and stay on top of the Carolina League standings. Tonight’s game is set to start at 7:05 ET at Frawley Stadium against the Potomac Nationals, Advanced Class A team of the Washington Nationals.
John Lamb has met more starts on the road since his arrival from the Burlington Bees in the Midwest League. Lamb has made plenty of adjustments while pitching on the road and we are looking forward to the radio broadcast from the Blue Rocks website. Tonight’s game marks his 21st of his first full season of professional baseball as a Kansas City Royals farm hand.
Congratulations to Bryan Paukovits for the current “Pitcher of Week” honors, based on his last two starts.
GO BLUE ROCKS!
