Some video of Lamb
Ogden, UT – I thought some might enjoy a little video of my son, John Lamb, from his 2009 professional baseball season with the Idaho Falls Chukars in the Advanced Rookie level, Pioneer League. The video was taken on August 31, 2009 in Ogden against the Ogden Raptors, Los Angeles Dodgers affiliate.
Later in the game there was a bench clearing incident that followed a successful pick-off by John on the first Raptor to get on base. Maybe I will share that video with everyone, later. John did stay in the game after all the pushing and shoving was done. There were two ejections from the game, one on each team. Hope you enjoy the video!

The Naturals are now in first place following yesterday’s big win via the home-run balls. John’s next start for the Northwest Arkansas Naturals, Kansas City Royals Class AA team, is set for this coming Friday, per an earlier conversation today with Paige, his girl-friend, and my wife, Colleen. The start will mark John’s 23rd of the year and his first start at Arvest Ballpark in the Texas League.
GO NATURALS!

Nice smooth, repeatable, delivery. Thanks for sharing. Especially liked when your wife says ‘Good boy!’, that made me smile. It’s also interesting that the scenery at minor league ball parks can be so awesome. Here in ABQ, the mountains are also part of the outfield background. John will get to see that next year when he is pitching for Omaha.
Ron,
Glad you enjoy the comments on the video, sometimes there not so nice but that one was pretty clean.

Take a look at this guy’s blog … nice little comment about JL!
Nate,
Thanks for the visit, comment and link. He said some pretty nice stuff about the little lefty. We are looking forward to his next Texas League start on Friday night at Arvest Ballpark.
