24th start in Frisco for Lamb
Frisco, TX – John Lamb is scheduled to get his 24th start of the season in tomorrow night’s game during another Texas League show-down with the Frisco RoughRiders. The Northwest Arkansas Naturals, Double – A team of the Royals, will attempt the series sweep before heading Southwest to Midland for the last stop of this road-trip. Friday night’s game is at Dr. Pepper Ballpark just North of the Dallas where apparently the weather has been pleasantly, HOT!
Game time is set for 7:00 p.m. CT, and you can listen live on ESPN 92.1 The Ticket.
Lamb is very close to where he helped the Midland Braves capture the Mickey Mantle World Series Championship in McKinney, TX just three years ago in 2007. John has made plenty of people very proud and happy to have had played with him from the past. During his young professional baseball career we continue to hear from friends and family that help remind us of this special journey our family continues to endure.
Again, I must send out a sincere appreciation to all the families that have hosted him during his amateur and professional career, as well as the Kansas City Royals for their blessing and opportunity they have provided my son.
GO NATURALS!
